Intermediate Band: 6th-8th Grade Students may pick either Orchestra or Band as an Instrumental Elective. There is an additional fee for Band. Michael Staub teaches Band through the Lutheran Education Association of Houston Instrumental Music Program (LEAH-IMP). Instrument rental and fees are outlined in the LEAH-IMP brochure.

Small Group Instruction / Private Lessons: In addition to the regular instrumental classes, all band students grades 5-8 sign up for weekly small group lessons. These lessons will be held each week for 20 minutes during the school day. Students will be out of class for that time to take the lessons. Students are still accountable for classroom work that is missed.
