Annual Men's Retreat

Each year the men of Memorial are invited to gather together for a weekend of worship, study, fellowship and fun. We usually bring in a speaker from one of our seminaries to spend time with us on a relevant topic. The retreat usually begins Friday evening and concludes after Sunday morning worship.

10th Annual Men's Retreat: October 22-24, 2010

Camp Lone Star, La Grange Texas. Our guest speaker will be the Rev. Dr. Lawrence (Larry) Rast, a beloved and engaging speaker on the history of Lutheranism and Christianity in America. A buffet dinner will be provided Friday evening, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday. Divine Service with Holy Communion will be shared on Sunday morning. Cost is $125 per person.
