Early Start 2

Hello, I am Elizabeth Linn, the teacher of the Early Start 2 Class. In this class the main focus is working with the family on potty training. The children also have Chapel time with Pastor Day and Cantor Muth in our classroom where Pastor Day reads the children a Bible story and Cantor Muth sings songs with us. This is a very special time in our Jesus Center, which the children enjoy very much. This enjoyment is carried on throughout the day especially at naptime when they look forward to another story.

We also spend time in our Learning Center where we read stories of the children's choice along with talking about our calendar, colors, shapes, numbers, and alphabet. During Art Center time we continue talking about colors and shapes along with projects appropriate for this age of 2. Also included are library time, gym time and time spent outdoors along with singing songs and free play.
