Martha Fredenburg was born in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Valparaiso University, in Valparaiso, Indiana with a major in Elementary Education and received her Colloquy from Concordia College in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has 19 years of teaching experience. She is a member of Memorial Lutheran Church.
